PT Margacipta Wirasentosa (MC), a family owned company incorporated in 1980, has grown from its humble beginnings into Asia’s largest manufacturer of quality cell cast acrylic sheet. The MC® trademark has been associated with high optical quality acrylic product, great customer service and a responsive production team, since its registration in 1980.

Margacipta embarked on global marketing campaign supported by the Indonesian Export Development Council (BPEN) in 1990. After launching regionally in Singapore and Hong Kong, the MC® label started appearing in Australia, Western Europe and the Middle East. By the start of the new millennium, Margacipta had established its reputation as world-class manufacturer in the SE Asian Market.

To meet growing demand, MC® began rigorous quality & service improvements, increasing production capacity at its Tangerang facility to support management’s goals “to become the leading manufacturer of cell cast acrylic sheet in the world”.

As new customers discovered Margacipta’s great quality, responsive customer service team and a production process that puts the customer first, 2007 saw a major upgrade to a semi-automatic, 4-line production system. Finally in 2012, a sixth production line was added giving Margacipta an annual production capacity of 30,000 MT.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

  1. Membuat dan mengimplementasikan strategi penjualan bersama tim sales
  2. Berkoordinasi dengan tim sales untuk mencapai target penjualan
  3. Mampu dalam relasi interpersonal, presentasi, negosiasi, maupun analisis data yang baik
  4. Memiliki pemikiran sales strategic
  5. Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan baru maupun lama
  6. Memiliki jaringan yang besar di bidang marketing
  7. Memberikan laporan penjualan ke tim sales secara rutin

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan: Sertifikat Profesional / Diploma (D3, D4)
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun
  • Tingkat pekerjaan: Manager/Asisten Manager
  • Penuh Waktu
